As taphouse manager, she has the most interaction with the patrons and sets the tone of warm hospitality of the brewpub, her husband and brother-in-law said. "To see our little brewery bring the community together like it has …is pretty amazing," Kristen Dean said."I've brewed with him. It's a lot of fun. But a lot of my responsibility is back of the house, making sure we hit our numbers, folks get paid and all of the electronics work," Jason Dean said."I will say that's fun for me but Bryan knows everything about brewing and it's amazing to watch him work.
Kristen Dean said they want to do a"hero wall that will pay respect to utility company linemen like the elder Dean.Their dad and his colleagues always were on call. Whenever storms came through, winds would take out a lot of electric lines and be dangerous. Their dad never hesitated when called out in the middle of the night, the brothers said.
