Britney Spears is sharing her New Year's resolution on Instagram, and showcasing some of her yoga skills while wearing a purple bikini.
Britney Spears is aiming to stay fit in the new year and rocking a teeny bikini to show off her progress.
The 38-year-old took to her Instagram on Thursday to share her resolution to practice her basic yoga skills in order to do more acro yoga in 2020. She also shared some of the stretches that she does in order to open up her back and chest, all while wearing a purple bathing suit and some sneakers. “I have a lot of things I keep bottled up so I have to keep my body moving,” she wrote in the post’s caption. “Thank God for Mother Nature …. she’s really no joke …. she grounds me and helps me find my feet and always opens my mind when I step outside.”
In the video, the mother-of-two mentioned how beautiful the weather was and even played with her two dogs for a short time before heading for her yoga mat. Ultimately, she also poked fun at her ensemble.People immediately flooded the comments to call Spears a “queen.” One even wrote, “Britney Spears doing yoga in a bikini and sneakers is officially my 2020 mood.”
Others decided to critique the singer’s moves, stating that what she was doing “doesn’t look like yoga.”Regardless of what people thought of the workout, Snooki asked Spears if she could join in on it.
