Have you considered getting your colleagues to fund your wedding? Sending an out of office email and slamming the laptop shut is a great feeling – especially as it usually means you’re about to embark on a nice relaxing holiday. But for one bride, her OOO moment came as an opportunity to remind her colleagues of her wedding registry – which included cash donations. The brave woman messaged her entire company, nudging them to make a monetary contribution.
‘I also can’t seem to escape it! She shares it everywhere!!! My coworkers and I are annoyed no one in leadership or even her manager have not told her this behaviour is not okay. Instead her shameless plugs have been escalating.’ Since the post went viral, the employee revealed other disturbing details about the bride’s email. Those who wanted to RSVP couldn’t as the emails would bounce back and not go through.
