BRENTWOOD — The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office has charged a 19-year-old Brentwood man after his arrest in connection with a shooting incident outside a home last month, authorities said.
Information from other neighborhood residents helped investigators identify a silver four-door Infiniti G37 sedan as a possible suspect vehicle, which detectives were able to find and recover the next day. The district attorney’s office charged Pena Tuesday with felony shooting into an inhabited dwelling. He faced an arraignment hearing Wednesday at Martinez Superior Court, according to a jail records check.
