The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna State is set to deliver its judgement via zoom.
The petition is brought before it by the People’s Democratic Party and its candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru against the election of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress as Governor
Though, the proceeding was yet to commence at 9:50am, the court room has been set with provision for transmission of the judgement proceeding via zoom.There is also tight security at the premises of Kaduna State High Court, Kawo Kaduna where the tribunal is sitting.
