Having he himself just signed on the dotted line on a new two-year contract after his future became the subject of interest towards the end of last season, head coach Gavin Hunt has embarked on a recruitment drive.This, in preparation of next season, where Matsatsantsa will hope to put on a better fight than the seventh place they finished in on the DStv Premiership standings last term.
The 32-year-old is one of the most highly rated defenders in the league, often receiving praise from Galaxy coach Sead Ramovic last season, together with his now former centre-back partner Macbeth Mahlangu. Age may no longer be on his side, but Sanoka evidently is a player Hunt believes he can get the best out of for the next couple of years, with his preference for the old guard well-known.
