Police say the owner of the Enyobeni tavern in East London, where 21 teenagers died last month, has been arrested.The arrests were made on Saturday and Tuesday, respectively.Investigations into the murder of Nelson Mandela Bay mother, Vicki Terblanche, have been completed, the Gqeberha Magistrate's Court heard on Tuesday morning during the three accused's brief appearance.
