Bradley Walsh fans only just realising he was professional footballer before TheChase
Bradley Walsh is perhaps best known for his longstanding role as presenter on popular ITV quiz show The Chase, or even his acting parts over the years. But it turns out he also had another famous job.
In the last few years, Bradley also starred on Doctor Who alongside Jodie Whittaker, but before all that, the Watford-born TV favourite was a football player. The star had a bright future on the pitch ahead of him, playing for Essex team Brentford for four years. "I've done some fantastic things in my life and had some fantastic jobs, but football was my life," Bradley shared back in 2012.
"A lot of my mates are still playing or are involved, people like Wally Downes, Paul Walsh and Clive Allen and all them lads, and I still know them all," Bradley added in the interview.
