Lewis Hamilton has hinted he may have a small cameo in the movie
Hollywood royalty, Brad Pitt, will be spending some time in Northamptonshire this weekend for the 2023 British Grand Prix, held at the Silverstone Circuit. Pitt, a two-time Oscar winner, is set to star in an upcoming film about a Formula 1 veteran who comes out of retirement to coach and race a rookie driver.
Member of the Mercedes Formula One team and British racing driver, Sir Lewis Hamilton, is closely involved in the production of the film and is assisting in producing the film. He has hinted that he may have a small cameo in the movie too. Silverstone is certainly getting the Hollywood treatment this weekend, as a fictional garage for the film has also been spotted in the paddock ahead of the Grand Prix this weekend. Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has shared his excitement for the British Grand Prix and the buzz that Brad Pitt will bring to the track. He also said that, "Silverstone is a very important race, seven teams out of 10 are in the UK".
