A boy has been charged two offences after a teenager was allegedly jabbed in the eye with a crossbow.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was later arrested. He has since been charged with Section 18 wounding with intend to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon and appeared at Preston Magistrates' Court today .
