"Bone Thugs-N-Harmony" open a new pet store dedicated to bones during a"Saturday Night Live" sketch on November 13, 2021.Saturday Night Live's Kenan Thompson, Ego Nwodim and Chris Redd, along with host Jonathan Majors, portray the “Tha Crossroads” hip-hop group as they attempt to open a new pet store called Dog Bones-N-Melodies.
"Back in the '90s, we changed the game by bringing melodies to rappin', and now we ready for the next phase of our career," Nwodim says in the black-and-white opening, as her fellow rappers gather around a burning barrel."By bringing real ass bones to real ass dogs," Redd adds.
As if that weren't enough, each purchase comes with a free serenade from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony -- even if the customer doesn't want it."The bone I purchased was alarmingly cheap, but it was perfect for my dog," one customer says in a filmed testimonial."The song was a little strange."
