Rhonda Coomes. A woman in Delaware County was arraigned Tuesday on kidnapping and child endangerment charges.at a daycare operated out of her home in Radnor. Court documents allege she had physically abused children by hitting them, restraining them, shoving them, and committing other harmful acts.
Some parents were concerned when their children were coming home with bruises, and were told by their children that Coomes had pinched their ears and shoved another child into a wall soo hard that his nose bled.which recorded evidence of Coomes abusing children both physically and verbally.
