A judge on Thursday revoked the bond of a Mobile man charged with a shooting that injured three teenagers on Duval Street in October.

Mobile County District Judge Spiro Cheriogotis heard testimony Thursday from a pair of police officers who said Lamarcus Boggs failed to comply with his conditions of release. According to that testimony, Boggs was in the back of a car that police pulled over in January. The driver of that car told police they were headed for The Shoppes at Bel Air. This was two days after a shootout at the mall.
The judge determined that Boggs was in violation of his bond because he had been under house-arrest orders and because he was under orders not to have guns.
