The couple, who have been together since their high school days, got married at Seeplaas, located between George and Mossel Bay, as reported by The South African. The venue posted on Instagram on the day saying: “Important Notice. Saturday, 5 Oct 2024, we’re closing early at 12h00 for a wedding celebration.”Despite it being such a big day for the couple, details of the event have remained largely under wraps, with neither the newly-weds nor their guests sharing any images from the day on social media.
However, Stormers fan Sardieq Slamdien took to X, to share what he knows about Libbok getting married, saying: “MANIE LIBBOK is getting hitched today by his teammates in Italy. Hope my boys can give him a wedding gift by beating the tails-up Zebre .”A post shared by Manie Libbok In February this year, the couple had a joint bachelor and bachelorette party at La Parada at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.She added: “Being the girlfriend of a Stormers and Springbok player is quite normal because I love my normal life. But obviously, they are in the limelight, so you have to get used to a lot of stuff, especially the media. It can be stressful.”
