29 September 2022 - 05:00The Springboks impressed and frustrated in equal measure across the Rugby Championship this year. While there is reason to be encouraged ahead of a challenging four-Test tour to Europe in November, there is a sense that a great opportunity has been missed.
Had the Boks been more clinical and ruthless over the course of the championship, they may have finished the tournament undefeated and dethroned the All Blacks as the southern hemisphere’s leading team.
