Emergency services rushed to Edinbeg Place, in the Toryglen area, at around 7.45am on yesterday, Saturday January 14.
Officers cordoned off the area following the discovery of the 34-year-old's remains. Residents report seeing a heavy police presence hours after the incident was reported, reports the Daily Record.Police have now launched a probe into the woman's death, however, they have reassured the public there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to Edinbeg Place, Glasgow, around 7.
"There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
