A body has been found in search for missing man George Winters
The 48-year-old vanished from Dalry at around 7.15pm on Sunday July 2, after ordering food from a restaurant on New Street in the Ayrshire town.
He was believed to have then travelled in his car - a grey Peugeot 307 Sport - to Greenock and parked at the Inverclyde town's Esplanade, however had not been seen since.Officers have now said a body was recovered during their search for George yesterday, however formal identification has yet to take place.
