The list of carmakers that haven't yet announced a switch to Tesla's NACS is growing thinner, with VW Group, Toyota, and Stellantis being the biggest names.
BMW Group has become the latest major global automaker to adopt Tesla's North American Charging Standard for its electric vehicles sold in the US and Canada. The German carmaker announced today that drivers of battery electric vehicles from the BMW, Mini, and Rolls-Royce brands featuring the Combined Charging System in the US and Canada will gain access to designated Tesla Supercharger stations in early 2025.
' BMW Group's brands said they will work together in the coming months to create a seamless customer experience that will enable BMW, Mini, and Rolls-Royce drivers to find and access available Tesla Superchargers on their vehicle's display and make payments through their respective vehicle's brand app.
