The attraction is on the hunt for a Rollercoaster Test Rider. The fun individual will be in charge of ensuring that the major rides athave the necessary thrill factor in time for the launch of the new season on March 18.
The successful applicants role and responsibilities will include testing numerous rides and rating for them speed, thrills, and excitement levels. They will also need to advise where they think improvements could be made.The person will then work with the Operations Department to come up with fun and thrilling ideas for future projects. They will also travel to other European parks to provide feedback and reports to Blackpool Pleasure Beach on other rides.
To qualify for the role, the person must be at least 1.32m tall, have a 'good head for heights', have a strong stomach and like going upside down.
