The bear opened a door and gained entry to the mudroom of a residence in the Butler Creek area in Missoula sometime before 6 a.m., the Missoulian first reported, The bear reportedly became frustrated and “began ripping the room apart,” according to the Missoula County post, before it climbed up on a closet shelf for some shuteye.
