The Duchess of York, 64, spoke to hosts Susanna Reid and Martin Lewis on Good Morning Britain about her health battles after being diagnosed with skin cancer this year
Sarah Ferguson found herself in the midst of an uncomfortable exchange on Wednesday's edition of Good Morning Britain when she was questioned about Prince Andrew's ongoing dispute with King Charles III.
However, after a warm conversation regarding her recovery and aspirations to feature in the hit series Bridgerton on Netflix, the atmosphere shifted as the 64-year-old was probed by Martin Lewis about the reported rift between her ex-husband Prince Andrew and his brother King Charles III, reports the Mirror.Rumours have swirled that the siblings' relationship has soured, particularly after claims that King Charles has been urging Andrew to vacate the Windsor residence he shares with Sarah.
She then carefully navigated the question by saying: "I tend not to get involved in brothers' discussions and I think that's the safest place to be."Her remarks are particularly poignant given the apparent tension between King Charles and the Duke of York, as they seem to be locked in a significant disagreement over the future of the Royal Lodge.
King Charles has suggested that Andrew relocate to the smaller Frogmore Cottage, amidst whispers that Prince William, as the heir apparent, is interested in moving into the property. Prince Andrew was relieved of his Royal duties following his resignation due to his association with the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
