Flexible apartment living app Landing (HelloLanding), based in Birmingham, is unveiling Flex, a corporate housing offering that allows members to book open-ended stays among its selection of fully-furnished apartments.

According to Landing, members can book from 30 days to indefinitely, and provide just 14 days notice if they need to head to a new location.Landing Founder Bill Smith said this expansion of Landing’s resources to the corporate sector makes sense, given housing demands for workers.
