The ex-Big Brother winner posted on Instagram today announcing that he's to become a father for the second time alongside husband Arthur Gourounlian. In a sweet post picturing the couple's young daughter, Blake, with a a big smile on her face, Dowling announced "Our family is going to get bigger."
