President Joe Biden made fun of his own approval ratings, his predecessor and the GOP during the opening remarks at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner on Saturday. 'I'm really excited to be here tonight with the only group of Americans who have a lower approval rating than I have,' Biden said of the journalists, celebrities and politicians attending the event.
