The Biden campaign salvo came after a judge set a date for Trump's criminal hush money trial, and after another court cut his civil fraud bond to $175 million.
The campaign of President Joe Biden called Donald Trump "feeble" and "weak and desperate – both as a man and a candidate for President."
Trump spent the afternoon "lying about having money he definitely doesn't have," Biden campaign spokesman James Singer said in a statement. "His campaign can't raise money, he is uninterested in campaigning outside his country club, and every time he opens his mouth, he pushes moderate and suburban voters away with his dangerous agenda," Singer said in a statement.Trump campaign spokesmen did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment.
