He had a clear advantage
Britain's Got Talent voting figures have been released - which showed winner Viggo Venn took first place with a clear advantage, despite being booed.
It has now been revealed he gained 22% of the public vote to be crowned 2023 winner. Lilliana Clifton, who came runner up with her gymnast dance act, took 13.1% of the overall vote.Third place magician Cillian O'Connor received 11.8% of the public vote - giving Viggo Venn a clear win. However, the unlikely winner faced boos from the live audience as the appeared unhappy at the result.
But after the result was announced, some of the audience could be heard booing and viewers took to Twitter to give their thoughts. While another tweeted: "Sounded like a lot of boos there when #ViggoVenn was announced as the winner of #BritainsGotTalent. I thought he was great but a shock omission from the final 3, and I think everyone thought the young lad would win. Bit of a deflated, down-beat end to the series #BGT2023 #BGT."
