Ben Simmons 100 Percent For Start Of Training Camp, Will Do 5-On-5 - RealGM Wiretap
The Brooklyn Nets will have Ben Simmons on the court when training camp starts next week. Nets head coach Jacque Vaughn said that Simmons is 100% for the start of camp and that the versatile guard/forward will do 5-on-5 work from the jump.
Simmons has appeared in 42 games for Brooklyn, since the team acquired him at the 2022 NBA trade deadline. Simmons missed the last 24 games of the regular season and the playoffs for the Nets last season, due to a back injury. Simmons recently said his back is in a better place than it has been in years. He also said he expects to play point guard for the Nets this upcoming season.
