“It’s tantalizing. It’s seductive. It draws you in. But it is an illusion,” she says, just before asking what Smith will do when she can’t deliver what she’s trying to sell. But there is always Smith promising to kick Trudeau’s butt with her Sovereignty Act while almost all the other candidates believe her plans are peddling snake oil to understandably angry people and could hurt the economy.
