Small Wonders Preschool, in the Shankill Women's Centre, apologised to those affected by the closure, but said it was a "high risk situation" for the preschool community.

"Parents have been left in a difficult position today without childcare, and staff are shaken coming into work this morning. Childcare is an essential resource to families in our community, and this shameful act has had a massive knock-on effect on staff, parents, and children today.’"She told Belfast Live that she is "appalled" by the reckless act of vandalism that happened last night.
