Funeral and death notices for special Hyndburn people who have died
Announcing the death of a family member has been a time-honoured tradition for family and loved ones. We have gathered the messages posted this week in one place.
John was also an active member of Burnley Bowling Club. As a young man he was a talented footballer and had trials for Manchester City, a club he supported all his life. He leaves his wife Jean, his daughter Caroline, son Stuart and three stepchildren, Laura, Lance and Stephanie. He also leaves his adored brother Stan and many grandchildren.
Pauline sadly leaves behind her much-loved children Andrew, Nichola and Deborah and her treasured grandchildren Natasha, Gabriella, Samuel, Rhys, Eleesha, Charlotte, Oliver, Rebekah, Tobias, Joshua, Sasha and James. During his life, James worked at the Associated Dairies in Accrington as well as for Boxes Ltd in Great Harwood. In his spare time he enjoyed watching the horse racing, following the football, especially “The Spurs” as well as travelling to Germany and in particular along the river Rhine.
Stephen leaves behind his wife Cynthia, son Sean, daughter Sharon Louise, cousin Ann and family, sister-in-law Gina, son Harrison, Lynne, sons Chris, Liam, John, Ray, Graham and family, close family friends Jim, Chris, Joanne, Melanie, Kirsty and Emma.
