The jobs come with a three-bedroom home

A sporting estate on a beautiful Scottish island is seeking to recruit a couple for full-time position - and the roles come with a three-bedroom house.

According to the job listing on Rural Recruits, the successful candidate for the Head Game Keeper position will be "self-motivated, honest, and enthusiastic", with "very good communication skills" and the ability to manage a team. Those applying are also required to have a full UK driving licence, valid firearms certificates, and access to an all-terrain vehicle.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for organising seasonal ghillies with guests, organising night watchers’ rotas, complying with the Estates Health and Safety policies, and general maintenance across the Estate and Amhuinnsuidhe Castle. Duties of the job include ensuring the Castle is always clean to a high standard, ensuring all laundry is done, keeping stock of cleaning materials and toiletries and ordering when necessary, hiring of seasonal staff with help from the Estate Manager and Office Manager, and producing Staff rotas that keep to the budgets set out for staff hours.
