On one of the busiest travel days of the year, the BC Ferries website has been experiencing a multi-hour outage.
Our website is currently experiencing technical difficulties. An IT outage is impacting access to our website, app & call centre. We have identified the issue & we are working on restoring service as quickly as possible. We apologize to our customers who have been impacted, this morning. We will continue to provide updates here.As is typical for long weekends, the ferry company was seeing sailing waits at Swartz Bay, Departure Bay, Duke Point and Langdale as people are trying to make their way home.
