The ex-footballer, 41, will no longer present Match of the Day or The One Show
According to BBC News, his contract was terminated earlier this week because of alleged issues relating to workplace behaviour.
A BBC spokesperson said: “We can confirm Jermaine Jenas is no longer part of our presenting line-up.”According to official figures published last year, Jenas was paid between £190,000 and £194,999 by the BBC for his work on the FA Cup,Match of the DayDuring his football career, Jenas played for Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Queens Park Rangers. He made 341 appearances at club level, as well as 21 for England.
