The entire Bay Area is bracing for another round of torrential rain and high winds as the latest atmospheric river takes aim at the region, residents and business owners scrambling to make last-minute preparations.

Doing everything we can. And if it still happens, it was just meant to do some upgrades if that's the case," said SF resident Dakura Smith. But for now, we're making sure we exhaust every avenue we can."
One southbound lane from Bear Creek to Summit Road will be closed Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. To 3 p.m. Next Monday through Wednesday, a northbound lane will close the same hours from Summit Road to Blossom Hill Road.
