Pop star Barry Manilow has COVID and is postponing his San Antonio concert scheduled for tonight at the Frost Bank Center . The concert has been rescheduled for Aug. 30, according to a statement released by Spurs Sports & Entertainment just after noon today, only hours before the concert was scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
Big concerts coming to San Antonio Tickets for tonight’s concert will be honored on the new date, according to the statement, and “ticket holders should keep their tickets.” Ticket holders will receive updates via email. With a string of hits that includes “Mandy,” “It’s a Miracle” and “Looks Like We Made It,” Manilow, 81, was one of the biggest pop stars of the 1970s.
