The Belgian is only just in the door but talk is turning towards what he may do this winter.
Barry Ferguson anticipates that new Rangers manager Philippe Clement will be backed this January - and he should be looking close to home for one of his first signings.
There was big backing provided by the board for the Londoner in the summer but former captain Ferguson reckons the cheque book will be out again in January. He told Go Radio that a few fresh faces will be on hand to boost Clement's array of weapons. He said: "I know money might be tight because a lot of money was spent in the summer. The new manager coming in, I think they will try to find money from somewhere ad bring in maybe two or three that the manager likes.
One player Ferguson believes should sign on the dotted line is Hearts striker Lawrence Shankland. The striker has been a major hit since signing for Hearts last season and scored against Rangers on Sunday, with the former midfielder in no doubt over his credentials.
