Stellies conceded three penalties against Amakhosi at the DHL Stadium on Sunday and went on to lose the match 3-1 as Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana converted on all three occasions when referee Tshidiso Maruping pointed to the spot.Barker’s side had taken the lead on the half-hour mark through Nhlanhla Mgaga before it started raining penalties deep into referee’s optional time at the end of the first half and onto the second second stanza.

“Three penalties a red card, it’s difficult when that happens to win a football game. We just maybe were not at our best defensively today, especially at the start of the game. A couple of big chances for them, I thought Sage Stephens has done well. They dominated the first 15-20 minutes and I think the game settled a bit just leading into half time. Obviously, we pressed them in their final third. They were able to get the lead.
