Barca President: We Can Afford Spain Star
The Barcelona president has admitted that they can afford to sign one of Spain 's top performers at the UEFA European Championship.
The latest example seems to be that of Nico Williams. The 21-year-old had an impressive breakout season with Athletic Club this past season, scoring eight goals and providing 19 assists in all competitions. The Catalan giants are said to have identified the Pamplona native as a top priority, but have been rumoured to be struggling to come up with the mooted €58 million needed to trigger his release clause.
