The former couple apparently have a pact to never reveal what their kids look like now to the public so as to protect their privacy.

For those who don't know, Barbie and Xiaofei have a mutual agreement to not show how their children look like now on social media in order to protect their privacy. So this was what happened: Xiaofei was initially just professing his love for his two kids during his son's seventh birthday. In his post, Xiaofei didn't share any pictures of the kids, and only showed photos of the birthday venue and set up.

In the two photos, which have since been deleted, one showed Xiaofei hugging his two kids. The other showed all of them blowing the candles together. Hsi-Yueh and Hsi-Lin's faces were not obscured at all in both pics.Responding to queries from Taiwanese media Next Apple News through her manager, Barbie said:"My lawyer will handle everything."

This is not the first time Xiaofei has broken his pact with Barbie to protect the privacy of their children. Earlier this year, Xiaofei shared photos of himself picking his children up from school, which inadvertently exposed their uniforms and campus. No wonder netizens are starting to think Xiaofei is merely exploiting his children to appear like a good father to the public.
