19-year-old Jay Slater was reported missing a week ago causing search teams to scour the areas of Tenerife
Bar staff in the resort where Jay Slater was last seen partying before his disappearance in Tenerife have been left distraught, saying it's 'all they're talking about'.
When the Manchester Evening News visited the Papagayo club on Monday , staff member Florin, who was setting up for the night, said he didn't remember seeing Jay or the people he was with on the night of the closing party. He confirmed that he only knew about Jay's disappearance from reading news reports.
Discussing the ongoing search for the missing lad Jay, which has yet to yield results, Monica told the M. E. N: "Everybody here is living nice and happy, so it's very sad news. It's horrible, horrible. She said: "Everybody here is looking for fun and drinks. People could go out partying and get lost here, in the nighttime it can be dangerous."
