HSBC has already confirmed it will close 114 banks - around a quarter of its total sites, in 2023. Meanwhile, Lloyds is closing at least 36 banks and NatWest has 66 venues scheduled to shut their doors permanently. We've listed all of the locations.
Barclays will close 60 sites this year, Halifax shutting 23 and Santander will close five. Nationwide will see two closures and TSB has announced it will shut nine sites so far and Virgin Money will close just one.
