According to the mayor of Sea Isle, Leonard Desiderio, the collapse happened after two in the afternoon. Initial reports online claimed there could be a person trapped in the collapse, but the mayor could not immediately confirm that detail. Sea Isle City NJ: BALCONY COLLAPSE: 3600 Boardwalk: 7th floor. Building is in severe condition. One trapped under 30 feet of concrete.
