Baker Mayfield and his wife, Emily, had a blast at a wedding over the weekend as NFL free agency nears.
. Mayfield then landed with the Rams and stepped into the starting role after quarterback Matthew Stafford was placed on injured reserve with head and neck injuries.
It is now a question as to whether Mayfield will return to the Rams in a backup role, or if he might try to catch on somewhere else this offseason.Baker Mayfield is a free agent this offseason.“It’s going to be hard to try something else new, but obviously it’s going to be a big-time decision,” Mayfield said in January after the Rams concluded their season.
“So there’s going to be a lot of thought put into it. There’s going to be a lot of change this offseason all around the league. There’s nothing I can say right now that I think would be the true thing at the moment. So we’re just going to see what happens and roll with the punches.”
