Judgment on the bail application of a 31-year-old man accused of the brutal murder of his live-in-lover was postponed at the Bafokeng magistrate’s court in Tlhabane near Rustenburg on Friday.

Prosecutor Tebogo Letlhabane said there was also no water in the building, which also needed to be fumigated.The state has opposed the bail application, saying Moabi’s life could be in danger as the community in Tlaseng was angry with him, and also that he might interfere with evidence.
