The provincial director of civil forfeiture wants to seize more than $17,000 from a couple who allegedly operated a Richmond bawdy house that offered the services of a 13-year-old youth.
It alleges that the youth, who is not identified, attended the residence on a least three occasions between March 4 and March 10, 2017, performed escort services at the direction of the couple and was paid about $1,000. The also allege the documents included a list of house rules for females employees, paraphernalia consistent with the operation of a bawdy house, online ads including one for the youth and work schedules.
