Kelowna RCMP confirmed four people died in the single-vehicle crash on Hwy. 97C near the Loon Lake exit, east of Merritt on Saturday. Singh said it took him 12 hours to drive from Golden to Surrey before Christmas, a trip that usually takes almost six hours, because of poor road conditions.
