Marvel might be focusing on the existing Avengers.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty might be missing a few Marvel heroes when it debuts in 2025, as the movie's writer hints at the Fantastic Four and Blade being absent from the film. Much like the past two Avengers movies prior to it, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will have the difficult job of juggling an incredibly expansive roster of Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes.

While seeing the Fantastic Four and Blade — who will all have debuted by the time the next Avengers movie rolls around — would be nice, the MCU already has a large number of characters to juggle as is.

While the Fantastic Four and Blade might end up not appearing in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, there are a number of heroes in the MCU that can make up for the possible absences. With the MCU's Young Avengers team set to rise in the near future, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty could celebrate Marvel's current heroes. Thor, Hulk, and Hawkeye, the remaining heroes from the first Avengers film, could represent the original Avengers team in the movie.
Other heroes that are nearly guaranteed to play a role in the movie include Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Sam Wilson as the new Captain America, Shuri as the new Black Panther, and, of course, Shang-Chi — given the movie's director. The MCU's Phase 4 also expanded the universe's hero roster by including She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, and others.
