The former Danity Kane frontwoman did not hold back when it came to shading the “Jersey Shore” star in an exclusive interview with Page Six.
During our chat, O’Day also opened up for the first time about her long-rumored affair with Donald Trump Jr., whom she“I think to find what him and I had is probably going to be very, very difficult. And I’m not banking on it,” she admitted. “I completely gave up on [love] after that, which is how I was able to be with Pauly. I mean, he doesn’t own a book, he doesn’t read. It’s not somebody that would have been for me.
“I completely gave up on [love] after [my relationship with Donald Trump Jr.], which is how I was able to be with Pauly,” O’Day said.The pop star began seeing Pauly while the two were filming the relationship rehab reality show, “Famously Single.” O’Day admitted to us that she was “in a super inauthentic place” at the time, still completely broken by the demise of her alleged relationship with Don Jr., 44.
“I was chasing ideas and looks,” she explained, adding that she and the “Jersey Shore” star had way more in common on paper than they did in real life.The songstress also claimed she “had to work overtime” – both figuratively and literally – to keep up the couple’s appearances.Pauly has not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment.
