Atomic Heart is only weeks away, and it seems this new trailer will at last tell us what's going on in this wildly chaotic game.
launches into Game Pass and PC Game Pass on February 21st — so far, we've seen a few bits and bobs which show off how unsettling and chaotic this shooter game will be, but now we've got a bit more info in the form of a new overview trailer. Check it out below.Atomic Heart is set in a fictional USSR in 1955, where a secret military base has been building robots.
We play as a soldier sent from the intelligence service to figure out what's happening and restore the neural network. The game will take us through a number of mind-bending locations as we travel between bizarre laboratories and scientific testing grounds and complexes, as well as civilian space aboveground. Atomic Heart will also feature spatial puzzles and plenty of things to mess with our heads.
We won't be entirely alone; an AI companion in our experimental power glove will chat with us and give us extra info about the game. It can also scan the area, hack robots, and more; plus, because of this companion, we'll even have more powers such as electrical and freezing abilities.
