At least 28 people were shot in three separate incidents in Chicago, Baltimore and Spring Lake Park, Minnesota over the weekend

Law enforcement agencies in all three incidents have not arrested or named any suspects in the separate shootings as of Monday morning.Investigators have asked witnesses and those with information or video to reach out to authorities.
